Veteran’s Day Nov. 11

FL060033

Petty Officer Matthew Mazzoni, Veteran

Tomorrow  is Veterans Day, and we take time to honor those who have served America or who are serving currently.  Unlike Memorial Day where we remember the dead, today is about honoring those still with us who have

served in some capacity or other.

Thank your service men and women today, and if you get a chance, spend time with one.  Not all of the heroic stories are mentioned in history books, but some waiting to be heard and can be found just across the street or even in the person standing next to you.

Fall into reading!

Fall is here and it came fast! Make sure to turn in your homework on Fridays so you can eat with me in our classroom. Don’t forget to read 20 minutes daily.

Llego el otoño y llego rapido.  No se les olvide entregar la tarea el lunes para comer con la maestra el viernes.  Tambien lean 20 minutos diarios.

Back to school Night

Back to school night was great! We had many parents here! Thank you for coming and please stay tuned for more information.
